Lunar Reflection

Around the full moon, roughly two weeks after you set a new-moon intention — two cards to hold the seed you planted against the fruit it is actually bearing.

The seed-and-fruit pairing is a farmer's image older than any deck: what went into the ground at planting is checked against what stands in the field at harvest. Tying the two checkpoints to new and full moon comes from twentieth-century lunar-journaling practice, where a two-card bookend replaced the longer monthly spread for people who only wanted the comparison.

A first-time draw with no intention behind it. The fruit card needs a seed card to answer to; without something you actually set two weeks ago, this reads as two unrelated images.
