Terms of Use

Readings are an artistic and reflective experience. The drawn cards, the AI interpretation, and any astrological or seasonal context are offered as material for self-reflection — never as predictions, diagnoses, or instructions.

You remain the sole author of the question you bring. We do not retain your question text unless you explicitly bind a reading to your grimoire.

Sign-in is via Google OAuth only. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure; anyone with that access can read and modify your grimoire.

One account per person. Sharing accounts to bypass quota is a breach of these terms.

You may withdraw at any time via Profile → Delete Grimoire. Deletion is permanent and cascades across user, accounts, sessions, readings, saved cards, and preferences.

You may use Lunarcana for personal reflection. You may not: scrape or mass-export content via automation, resell or rebroadcast AI interpretations as a paid service, present AI output as professional advice to others, or use the service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activity that materially burdens our infrastructure.

Plans: Seeker is free; Grimoire is paid as monthly or annual. Grimoire renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Currency: prices are listed and charged in USD. Your card issuer converts the charge to your local currency at its prevailing FX rate. Tax handling is performed by Creem — operated by Armitage Labs OÜ (Estonia) — as merchant of record.

Cancellation: stop auto-renewal at any time from Profile → Manage subscription. Your Grimoire access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then quietly returns to Seeker.

New-user trial: the first 14 days after sign-up grant unlimited advanced spreads at no charge and require no credit card.

Price changes: at least 30 days' on-site notice and an email notice for material increases. You may cancel before the change takes effect; the new price applies only to renewals on or after that date.

Interpretations are produced by an AI provider and may contain errors, contradictions, or culturally biased framing. They are model output, not advice.

We send only the drawn cards, spread type, your question, locale, and (if you opt in) astrological context to the provider — never your email, name, or history.

You retain authorship of any notes, tags, and mood you attach to a reading. We claim no ownership of your journaling.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including for fraud, automated abuse, chargeback abuse, or activity that endangers other users.

If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will issue a pro-rated refund per the Refund Policy. If we terminate for breach, no refund is owed beyond what the Refund Policy already grants.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under your local law.

Creem — operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonian registry code 16977866, registered at Telliskivi Street 57b/1, Tallinn 10412, Estonia — is the merchant of record for all paid subscriptions and handles billing disputes under its own Merchant Terms, the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and with exclusive jurisdiction in the Harju County Court.

For everything else, these terms are interpreted under the law of your habitual residence to the extent that residence grants you mandatory consumer protection. You may bring claims in the courts of your habitual residence.

We reserve the right to alter these terms. Material changes will be announced on-site at least 14 days before they take effect, and (where we hold your email) by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
