Mirror of Two

When you want a relationship read in strict symmetry — six cards, three for each of two people, in matching rows: what each offers, what each quietly needs, and what the bond is teaching each of them.

Mirror spreads — identical columns for two people — come out of the couples-counseling reading style of the 1980s and 90s, where the point was to stop one person's story from crowding out the other's. The offer / need / lesson triad is borrowed from the same era's relationship workbooks, and the strict row-by-row layout is what keeps the reader from tilting the reading toward whichever party is in the room.
